Join us for this Soul Motion® inspired conscious dance – a dance of inquiry intended to bring us more fully in our bodies. Connect with your own resources of renewal and freedom and inspiration as we dance with what’s moving in and around us. We create opportunities to enjoy the ease of expression, the abundance of creativity, connect within and with community.
In a field of free form dance, somatic inquiry, and music, we allow natural movements of the moment to unfold. This is a safe space to move freely and discover The Dance within you.
No experience is needed.
A water bottle is highly recommended. Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in, layers to peel off are a good idea.
