Join us for this Soul Motion® inspired conscious dance practice that nurtures, nourishes and celebrates our deepest soul expression. We come home to our bodies and open ourselves to inquiry that unfolds in each moment from movement and presence. We are bodies and souls in motion and together we create a space for us to drop into our expressive nature, the dance within us!

Unity on the River is a vibrant spiritual community that celebrates the Presence in all. This is a wonderful chance to joyously co-create a world of Oneness, peace and harmony.
My intention in this dance is to listen with more openness to what is stirring within – watch and follow the breath, drop into the music and fully occupy my body. The invitation is to take time to move to all your senses. What do you see, hear, and feel? The rhythm finds its way into every cell, it is 360 degrees around us, and it connects us to eachother and to everything.
